Flowers

Bought all my silk flowers from www.AFloral.com and I am very happy with them. I will be working on putting them together this weekend. Wish Me Luck!

For now, view my inspiration boards with the flowers I chose. You can click on a picture to enlarge it.

Stationary

I wanted to make as much of my own stationary as possible. Here is what I have done so far! I will provide instructions or templates later, once I have gotten caught up a little more!

Save The Date Magnets

Picture
www.VistaPrint.com
Found these online, but they were a lot more expense and very small. Read that the print quality was low...

So I duplicated the image... edited it in PhotoShop... uploaded my own image into VistaPrint and Voila! Recieved 100 of these with a coupon for less than $10.00 (Shipping and I ordered envelopes).

Then I bought Magnetic adhesive paper from Michaels for $10.00 and cut my own magnet strips and put them on the back.

Total project was under $25.00 with postage!

Engagement Party Invites (Postcard)

Picture
www.VistaPrint.com
I created these for my friend Robin who is throwing the party for me. I have more free time on my hands than she does... and with a coupon I was able to get 100 of these (not using that many) for under $20!

This is a template they had pre-made. So all I did was move things around and come up with my text. I love love love VistaPrint! If you haven't tried it out yet, email me... they send me free coupons almost every single day.

Bridal Shower Registry Inserts

Picture
Since Target neglected to give me any inserts for our shower invites... I created my own.

I listed both the Honey Fund and Club Wedd on one side of a business card and a link to my wedding website on the other with a note to sign the guest book!

If you (or your MOH or someone else) needs help with this, feel free to share the file below.

Invitations

Picture
www.LCIpaper.com
I originally found these invites on AmericanWedding.com... but they were so expensive, and my teeny tiny budget cried. About $150 for 25-100 printed with envelopes.

So I went google crazy... and a few weeks later I found the SAME paper DIY-style on LCI. So I jumped at it! I got 50 of these and envelopes for about $40!! I made many, many copies of my actual invitation and used them as test pages... finally I got the fonts and formatting right!

So even if I need to buy another 50... I will still spend less than $80 for my invitations! Woo Hoo!

RSVP Postcards

Picture
I decided I wanted to do postcards for our RSVP cards. Again I went to trusty VistaPrint... and... you guessed it. 100 cards for FREE. I only paid Shipping & Handling.

Also, I cut my postage costs in half by going the postage route and I don't have to buy envelopes.

I saw the idea of having people send back Advice on RSVP cards and totally loved it. If this was your idea... let me know and I will give you credit.

Invitation Inserts

Picture
I saw a knottie who had these cute invitation inserts... so I uhm... borrowed the idea. :) Let me know if it's yours!

I am doing 3 double sided inserts.

I originally found this on BrideOnABudget's blog. Very cute. I was having a HARD time to finding 110# COVER STOCK... But....

Thanks to Knottie Lyndopo, I FINALLY found the paper for this project! She rocks!

I printed my mock up at work on paper I got from JoAnne’s for .99 each sheet. You can buy it direct from the manufacturer (The Paper Company) for $54 for 100 sheets. So that's a big savings (plus, I don’t have  the patience to try to find a store with all 200 sheets that I want or have to shop around or hunt for coupons.)

I found this paper in the individual sheet racks in the scrapbooking department from JoAnne's.

Here is the link for the manufacturer… to buy it from there. They have other colors and will send you samples!

The paper I chose is from “The Paper Company” and called “Cool Metallic 8.5x11 True White Cover.” You can Google that to see if you can find it somewhere else.

It is thick and has a light shimmer, which looks great with my sand background I have on my template (you can use it or delete it).

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND – 110# Cardstock… It is NOT nearly thick enough!

You also need to get a “Crop o Dial” (a HUGE hole punch and eyelet making tool-think shoelace holes in sneakers... those are eyelets.) from Michaels or JoAnnes. Make sure you use a 40-50% offcoupon. It’s like $32… but with the coupon it wasn’t bad.

If you need any help, email me and I will do my best!

Placecards/Favors

Found these pictures frames and thought I could use them as favors and have them double as placecards! Very excited when I brought the price down from $2.99 to $1.20 each!
