Kristen was absolutely AMAZING! She has been fantastic with communication from DAY 1!!! My photo's surpassed my expectations in every way. I am a HUGE KWP fan now and think I always will be! Kristen is warm and bubbly and SO VERY EASY to work with. She was so friendly, I felt like I had known her all my life and to tell the truth, I even miss her now that she isn't here!
She showed up early, brought an assistant (her hubby, since her normal assistant is 8 mo preggo!) even though she didn't charge me for an assistant... They got started even though I was late... She was amazingly affordable (all rights to my 900+ pictures on a disk and she was there ALL day!) and she has an amazing payment policy which helps struggling brides like me… You pay half down to secure your date, and the balance 2 weeks later to receive your pictures! How awesome is that!!!
Every time I thought, “I want to take a picture of me and this person…” like magic, there she was! I never had to look for her or ask her to take anything! My photo's are all awesome! She is on FaceBook, so if you haven’t friended her already, do so!!!

We met with Elena once and we loved her. She was so sweet and her cakes were delicious too! We ended up ordering from her that day because I had been checking prices and had tasted Publix cakes, and no one compared to her cakes!
The actual cake was ABSOLUTLEY DELICIOUS!!!! & So Beautiful! What more can you ask for?
We ordered a smaller 3 tiered Marbled cake with 1 tier with a White Chocolate Godiva Liquor Fudge filling, 1 with a strawberry filling and 1 with buttercream filling. Raves about the cake for WEEKS afterwards.

Other than dinner... I don't think I sat down for more than a minute or two at a time all evening and I know I danced in my heels until 10:00 because I didn't stop dancing long enough to take them off!

The people at the courtyard were great! Super friendly and very willing to accommodate us! When I needed a last minute place to have my RD… they allowed us to have ours outside in their patio area by the pool for free. It was beautiful and everyone had a great time!

Tip has been my hair stylist since I was 15 and she has done almost every up-do I have ever had in my life. She took about an hour to do my hair, did 3 of my BM’s hair all in about 3-4 hours and for under $200!! She is undoubtedly a talented woman! She is also very affordable… BM’s hair for about $50… depending on the style, and she didn’t charge me a travel fee. She did my hair for very cheap, but I don't know if it is because she loves me... Ask her how much she would charge you! :)

Interviewed. Loved them... Affordable, but with the financial hit I took in March... and having to have my ACL surgery pre-wedding... I just can't afford them. I was bummed, because Mike and Jo were AWESOME! But I found Kristen just in time and I couldn't be happier!

Photography - e-pics - Robert William
I found Robert on Craigslist. He is a new photographer in my area with the Professional Photographers of America and is looking to build his portfolio. So he is giving me a very affordable rate to get his business going. I do have to say he has been great so far. Communication and availability was great and he sent me tips to prepare for our shoot. Probably something everyone can do... but I was impressed.
Our shoot is set for 6:30am (UGH... but my idea... I want some sunrise beach shots) next Saturday, April 17th so I will let you know how the experience went.

UPDATE - 4.26.10 - We had our e-pics this weekend. We were extremely pleased with Robert William. As soon as I get his ok, I will post him email and phone, etc on here. You can see the pics on the E-Photo Session Page!
UPDATE - 07.31.10 - We ended up NOT using William, because I guess he didn't like how much I had negotiated him down on price, because he stopped returning phone calls and emails. He never sent over the contract that he said he would. I guess he got a better job offer, which is fine, but he could have said, hey sorry I won't be able to shoot your wedding.
